    摘要:

    针对甘肃某硫化铅锌矿中铅锌矿物嵌布紧密、脉石矿物含量高、铅锌高效分离困难的特点,为实现铅锌高效分离,采用优先浮选流程,铅浮选以石灰为抑制剂、添加在磨机中,乙硫氮为捕收剂,新型高效抑制剂TZ-3添加在铅精选作业;锌浮选以硫酸铜为活化剂、戊黄药为捕收剂。全流程闭路试验,获得了品位和回收率分别为63.87%、92.66%的铅精矿,其中含锌2.00%、含银335.10g/t,以及品位和回收率分别为55.36%、97.33%的锌精矿,其中含铅0.48%。实现了该矿石中方铅矿和闪锌矿的高效分离与富集,为同类型矿石资源的高效回收利用提供了重要借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    For a sulfide lead-zinc ore in Gansu, lead-zinc minerals are closely embedded, high content of vein minerals, lead-zinc separation of high efficiency is difficult, in order to achieve efficient separation of lead and zinc, the use of preferential flotation process, lead flotation to lime as a suppressant, added in the mill, ethyl sulfide nitrogen as a capture agent, the new high-efficiency inhibitor TZ-3 added in the lead selection operation;In the zinc flotation, copper sulfate is used as an activator and amyl xanthate is used as a collector. Through the closed - circuit test of the whole process, a lead concentrate with grade and recovery of 63.87% and 92.66% respectively is obtained, which contains 2.00% zinc and 335.10 g/t silver. A zinc concentrate with grade and recovery of 55.36% and 97.33% respectively is also obtained, which contains 0.48% lead.
